APPLICATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS

PRICES, TAXES AND SHIPPING

Unless otherwise stated, all prices shown on the product pages of the Website are in euros including VAT, excluding shipping costs and all other taxes. The applicable foreign currency will be updated according to the destination of the shipment after you have provided the shipping address.

Perleria de Tahiti reserves the right to change prices and shipping costs at any moment and without notice. The price of a product and the shipping fees on the Web Site, when Perleria de Tahiti provides you an Order Confirmation, will be honored by Perleria de Tahiti.

The shipping costs are not indicated on the product pages but will be added to the product price after you have selected your delivery options.

Delivery costs will be shown on your order page before it will be asked you to "confirm" and send it to Perleria de Tahiti.Shipping fees are described, in the shipping policy noted below. Please note, VAT will vary according to where the products are shipped.

PAYMENTS

1. Payment by credit card or debit card

You can pay your order by credit or debit card, as shown on the Website

In ordering on our Website, you must provide your payment details using the appropriate form.

All credit cardholders / payment card are subject to validation controls and authorization procedure of the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card denied the payment to Perleria de Tahiti, you should directly contact it to resolve the problem, and Perleria de Tahiti will not be held responsible for in case of delays or non-delivery.

To process your order, we may proceed with the prior authorization from your payment card.

2. Payment via bank transfer

You can also pay by bank transfer all orders placed to our website. Do not forget to mention the reference number of the order on the bank transfer form.

After you have chosen and ordered the bank transfer as payment method, Perleria deTahiti will wait to receive your payment before processing your order. If the funds are not credited to our bank account within seven (7) business days of placing your order, the order will be canceled. However, on request we reserved for you your products until the payment funds in our account.

Perleria de Tahiti will not charge you any commission on a Payment by bank transfer. However, Make sure that we will receive the entire amount indicated in the order of Receipt Acknowledgement so that we can process your order. PERLERIA DE TAHITI COMPANY WARRANTY

Perleria de Tahiti comply strictly to ensure that each product scrupulously complies the quality standards applicable to it and that it has met all of the controls, both technical and esthetic.

Tahitian pearls are covered by the certificate of authenticity issued by Perleria de Tahiti. All of our pearls are certified by the Department of the Pearl farming in Papeete (Government Service). This follows the Charter of producing quality pearls established since 1995.

The Tahitian pearl is a controlled appellation of origin.

LEGAL WARRANTIES

As you customer, you may have the same rights in respect of the applicable national legislation regulating the sale for consumer goods: these rights are not affected by these Terms and sales Conditions.

APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURTS

These Conditions of Sale are governed by Andorran law and interpreted in accordance with it.

You can initiate proceedings against Perleria de Tahiti using the Andorran courts. Perleria de Tahiti may also initiate proceedings against you in the courts of the country where you live.
