It also contains 16 round brilliant cut white diamonds embedded into a white gold locket, with one held back to form the centre of the rose within, and has an 18k yellow gold bail and chain. The rose itself is made from carved mother of pearl and it sits majestically atop green enamelled leaves fringed with 18k gold.
